In the summertime of 2009, Shaun T released one of the most explosive workout DVD sets ever. His videos quickly gained acceptance and he went on to release 2 more fitness DVD programs, called Shaun T's Fit Club (designed for children 7 and up) and Get Real With Shaun T (for pre and early teens). These, too were extremely popular with the more youthful set and served to push Shaun T's name and programs. In 2008 he produced the workout Rockin ' Body, a program that mixed both his love of dance and his knowledge of aerobics.

His most well-liked program ever was yet to get introduced when he began receiving invitations to popular US day shows, including the Ellen Degeneres Show, Good Morning America, and CNN. With his name already so popular from exposure on these shows, his most recent programme experienced exploding fame that put his INSANITY workout on the top of the charts. Today, the <b>INSANITY ASYLUM</b> is one of the hottest Beach Body programs available and continues to experience wild success.
